Description: These forms are used to apply for various financial aid programs. The paper (pdf) applications from GSFC (GAFutures) must be turned in directly to the Student Financial Planning Office. The hard copy is required and a copy will not be accepted.

Description: These forms are used to request a review of your FAFSA based on your current situation.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

Description: This form must be submitted with your appeal for a probationary period of aid when not meeting SAP.

The SAP Appeal Form can be accessed from your MyMercer portal in the “My Financial Aid” menu.
